About Julie Anne Jones

Since we’ve probably never met, I suppose the goal of this page is to see if I can help you “get” me in just a few paragraphs. First of all, if you love this website and it makes you feel happy, you already know a lot about me. I’ve done my best to make it a reflection of who I am, what I love, and how I want to support you.

So what do you need to know about me? First things first…I’m a doer, an entrepreneur with a very strong work ethic. I don’t sit still well, and tend to dive into projects with both feet (sometimes even before I know exactly what the plan is). Action is a key word for me. I work too hard, but I work for myself so that’s okay.

Making a difference in the lives of everyone with whom I come into contact is what drives me, and my best days are the ones where someone has a huge breakthrough on a group coaching call or sends me a Facebook message thanking me for something they learned from me that made a difference in their lives and businesses. The money is great. The freedom is great, but without this component, I’d quit tomorrow.

In 2009 I (finally) met the love of my life, John. We had almost seven amazing years together before he passed away on February 7th, 2016, after a two and a half year long, very difficult battle with metastatic melanoma (yes, you can die from “skin cancer” and it’s a horrible death, so do us both a favor and make an appointment with your dermatologist TODAY. It only kills you if it gets inside you, but once it does your odds are not good and it’s one of the most aggressive cancers you can get). Losing him has been the most difficult thing I’ve ever gone through but I’m getting through it. I have chronicled our cancer journey since the beginning and am still writing through my grieving process. You can read that blog here.

Just the Facts, Ma’am

Officially, here’s the business definition for who I am. I’m a corporate consultant and trainer, an ICF accredited life and business coach, an Infusionsoft Certified Partner, a skilled copywriter, and the CEO of Julie Anne Jones, LLC. I’m known as “The Systems Specialist,” and can break down just about any concept or big picture into doable steps. I’m organized beyond belief (probably a little OCD, truth be told) and that, combined with the systems part, has given me the ability to teach simple systems that work for anyone. I am also a communicator and I pretty much tell it like it is (a nice way to say this is that I’m “authentic”).

I’ve been told I have a “dynamic personality”(which is a nice way of saying I’m fun and sometimes a little loud). I know I’m very direct, approachable, and entertaining as a trainer. Since 2007, I’ve been blessed to have had the privilege of bringing my training to corporate direct sales events throughout the United States and Canada.

In 2008, when the recession hit the United States, I found myself a single mom with no obvious means of income. My speaking career, which had provided well for me and my two boys for several years, literally dried up over night as companies tightened their belts and put the hiring of outside speakers for their events on hold. I was forced to find a new way to share my training and information.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve used the power of social media and the internet to completely revitalize my business. I started learning how to interact with and engage my audience on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and also began writing an informational blog on this website. Soon I was facilitating webinars and teleseminars and building a huge following online.

Now I teach “infopreneurs” as well as direct sellers how to find and engage their target audience online and how to use automation tools to free up their time while increasing their online reach, including a “done for you” service for automated email marketing, Facebook advertising, and webinar systems.

At my core I’m a teacher. What do I teach? Personal development, coaching and mentoring skills, leadership, and direct sales specific topics around team building, party presentation, bookings, and host coaching.

That pretty much covers it. I’d love to connect with you if you think you’d like to work with me. Click here to check my speaking page for more specifics regarding my live training benefits, or hit me up over on Facebook. You can also email me (not my assistant. This will come straight to me) at jaj@julieannejones.com. I can’t wait to connect with you.

now that you know me
