What is Group Training?

Our Direct Sales Group Training Tele-Courses are set up as four week programs that are affordable for home party plan  participants. For a low per-person rate (which includes the support documents) a group of 10-16 people come to a conference call and receive training, mentoring, and coaching on all aspects of running a successful Direct Sales business .

The topics are broken down into understandable, doable weekly “chunks” over the four week period. Our Group Training is designed to integrate the learning from the class into your personal businesses through practice and assignments that will support your growth immediately. For a Direct Sales leader, this is a great starting point. It simplifies and decreases your time expenditure in training your representatives.

Participants are partnered up with another person from the course and expected to work in partnership on weekly assignments. This not only supports the learning of the material, but also gives participants practice in working one-on-one with others.

Designing an Amazing Party Experience
1 course per week for 4 weeks, calls each 1 hour in length

During this 4-week program, you will learn to:

  • Use theme parties to create excitement and increase enrollment

Coaching Your Host for Maximum Success
1 course per week for 4 weeks, calls are each 1 hour in length

Building a Partnership Through Personal Coaching: It’s all About the Relationship!

  • Do you know what kind of experience your hosts want to create at their home parties?
  • Do you coach each host to a successful party?
  • Do your hosts know what you expect from them?
  • Are your hosts as committed to their parties as you are?

Learn how to build a strong working relationship with your party host which will produce higher sales, booking and recruiting results in your business. You will learn a successful formula for setting up and then executing a 20 minute host coaching session (either over the phone or in person) which will change your business.

 

Building a Strong Direct Sales Team
