There's not much you can do if they insist and are adamant, Julie. I always made sure someone like that walked out with a "think about it packet" (which was just a host packet with a different name) and that I had a specific time to follow up with them. This is great, thanks so much. What do you do if they 'insist' on not booking a date? I've tried to get them to book and don't seem to be having much luck and (like you said) I don't want to be chasing them down.

You are so right Julie Anne! This approach really works! It is so much easier to make the booking hold when you book a tentative date.
