    I am a cross between the to do list and the free flowing.  What I have found that works the best for me…is everything I have to get done this week….goes into my in basket…then I work through the basket each week.  Sort bursts of time is usually what works best for me getting things done.  As long as it's in the basket I know I need to get it done and I love working my way to an empty basket.  (Plus it keeps my desk clear of clutter because it's all in the basket–out of the way—but in plain sight)  Maybe that will help someone else…so I shared.  Thanks for organizing tips you gave on 1 of your many conference calls….my office space is still looking good!!!
