How true is that about emails!!!! From now on I will walk in the morning instead before leaving for office (I am always complaining I never have time for it) and then when I do get sucked into the office to a piece of paperwork or to do list before opening those emails (and bad bad FB). Will be interesting to see how it all goes.
Totally agree with you! If I start right away on the emails I lose track of time and pretty soon it's noon and I've either emailed or facebooked the morning away. I feel drained and frustrated at my lack of discipline. Love to start my day with a devotion and/or exercise. It makes me so much more energized for the rest of the day.
Great reminder Julie Anne. I know that the times when I make quiet time with the Lord a priority everything seems to go better in my day. I'll take the challenge with you!
